Youth & Student Groups Policies

  • Waterpark Day Groups must have at least 10 guests (over the age of 2) to qualify for a group rate.
  • Reservations must be made and paid in full with a credit/debit card at least 3 business days prior to arrival and based on availability.
  • Reservations must be made and held with a credit/debit card at least 3 business days prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees. A non-refundable $50 credit card deposit will be applied at the time of the Reservation. The balance is due at check-in based on the actual number of attendees.
  • Tax-exempt forms are required as permitted by the State of Texas.
  • Reservations are made based on availability, not valid in conjunction with any other offer and not guaranteed.
  • Black-out dates apply.
  • Carry-in food, beverages or coolers are not permitted.

Waterpark Youth & Student Group Policies

  • Waterpark Day Groups must have at least 10 guests (over the age of 2) to qualify for a group rate.

Lock-In & After-Hour Events Policies

  • Lock-In reservation must be made with a $1000 non-refundable deposit at least 1 month prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees.
  • Security and EMT are required with Lock-in. Extra charges are applied based on the number of staff members needed.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
