Waterpark Youth & Student Group Policies

Waterpark Day Groups must have at least 10 guests (over the age of 2) to qualify for a group rate.
Reservations must be made and paid in full with a credit/debit card at least 3 business days prior to arrival and based on availability.
Reservations must be made and held with a credit/debit card at least 3 business days prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees. A non-refundable $50 credit card deposit will be applied at the time of the Reservation. The balance is due at check-in based on the actual number of attendees.
Tax-exempt forms are required as permitted by the State of Texas.
Reservations are made based on availability, not valid in conjunction with any other offer and not guaranteed.
Certain black-out dates may apply.
Carry-in food, beverages or coolers are not permitted.

FRIENDS & FAMILY POLICIES

Friends & Family rate is only available for groups of 10 people or more.
Group reservations must be made and paid in full with a credit/debit card at least 3 business days prior to arrival and based on availability.
A $250 cancellation fee will be applied to any group that cancels. Groups canceling within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the entire group payment. Groups can reschedule event date without being subject to cancellation fees. If illness or weather becomes an issue, the entire party may be rescheduled.

After Hours Event

Looking for a chance to have America's largest indoor waterpark all to yourself? An after-hours event is an opportunity for your group to take advantage of all 220,000 sq. ft. of indoor waterpark fun! Kalahari waterpark lock-ins are great for large church groups, Boy/Girl Scout councils, post proms and more! Minimum 400 attendees. Hurry, dates are limited!
